Custom tours Iceland – Private tour Reykjavik Iceland.  BR Tours’ specialty is privately made tours for individuals and small groups.  We provide a suitable vehicle and experienced and knowledgeable driver guides.  The tours can be anything from short city tours, day tours out of Reykjavik, or longer tours covering parts or even most of the country.

We are very flexible when designing the tours; either plan the whole tour for you or you do part of it on your own. We take care of you from arrival at Keflavik International Airport and look after you all through your stay in Iceland and take you to the airport for departure.  Or you can arrange airport transfers yourself and your stay in Reykjavik, and we can take you on tours out of Reykjavik only.

Please tell us if you are interested in hiking.   We often design tours that include some hiking most days; some even have full days of hiking, but most of the tours require some hiking or light walking in order to enjoy the most interesting sites.  Nevertheless, it is possible to do a successful tour with a minimum of walking.

And you have to advise us which other activities you like to be included in the tour, as we have to allow time for that.

A tour around Iceland (excluding the Westfjords) is usually 2000 – 2500 km driving and should not be done in less than 7 days.  First-time visitors who stay less than a week usually prefer a tour of south Iceland, possibly including some remote areas.

Cost of exclusive private tours in Iceland with a local private driver guide

We base all our prices on USD per group (not per person). We are a small company and flexible in finding the right solutions.

  • 1-2 persons:  from 1200 USD per day
  • 3-5 persons: from 1400 USD per day
  • 6-14 persons: from 1500 USD per day
    These prices do not include accommodations as there is a wide range of options, from nice family-run 3-star hotels up to 5-star hotels in Reykjavik.
