Cultural events
Various cultural events are available, most of it in Reykjavik but some also in other areas. As an example can be mentioned various musical concerts (classic, jazz, pop), traditional music, theatre, opera, cinema, some specially prepared for foreigners, in English language.
There are also special festivals, such as the Reykjavik film festival, various musical festivals and in May 2011 the new concert hall in Reykjavik (Harpa) with various performances.
